The cottage industry laws were changed in 2017. This allows for the sale of non-volatile items such as bakery that does not contain anything that would need to be refrigerated. So there are some limitations. I’m still researching the chocolate situation, I’ve got conflicting information on different website so I’m going to the source. As soon as I know that I will update this post. One of the next limitations is I cannot sell / ship outside the state of Wisconsin.

What do you do after you rolled your sugar cookies out twice you still have dough left, personally it’s a little dense. My favorite sister-in-law and I were baking and we created these lovely logs dipped in dark chocolate covered with pecans . Sometimes I’ve been known to make a batch just because and not wait till after I’ve made sugar cookies . I just add more flour . These are great in the morning with a cup of coffee with visiting guests. 
Sugar cookies frosted and decorated are a staple of the holidays. You can indicate some color suggestions, the picture is just a small sample.
Chocolate crackles seem to be everyone’s favorite, so I always have plenty of those on hand . 
Spritz cookies are an all time favorite we can’t really have Christmas without them. Sold 2 dozen. For $9.50 as they are a small bite size cookie.
Soft Gingerbread Spice cookies. I use the “famous fall four” of spices, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, & Clove, along with a dark Molasses. All that’s missing is a tall glass of MILK.
Chocolate Ribbon/chip cookies.
These might not look like a holiday, but you might think your mouth is on one when you eat them.
Cardamom Brown Butter Cookies really say.. “Welcome to our home” with a taste of fresh crushed Cardamom. 
All cookies are boxed per dozen. But feel free to mix and match. Example: 4 different flavors 1/2 dozen each, would come in 2 boxes. 
If you have any allergies let me know. I’m also very careful to keep things without nuts separated from things with nuts. Ingredient lists are on all Packaging.
Gluten free can be purchased as well. I clean everything, and only work with GF flour during that production. Disclaimer: This kitchen is a site that does contain wheat and nuts.
